Hi all

I know I've written about this book The Lost Daughter, in a different thread, but I forgot to mention that the author, Diane Chamberlain, suffers from RA. And the female character in the book develops RA. I don't know why, it doesn't seem to be crucial to the plot. But still well worth reading!

Hi Lyn

Thank you for your comments on the 'other' thread! Once I've finished my current book I'll get this one back off the shelf and give it another whirl. I possibly bought it knowing that there was a connection with RA; I'm pretty sure I've read at least one other book by this author where RA has been a feature. I don't usually give up on books, like you I tend to read the reviews before buying them so know to some extent what I am getting. Not sure what happened with this one, perhaps it was just me having a bad week, lack of concentration or something!

Hi Lyn

I'm still reading this book, I ration myself to so many pages each day as I don't want to finish it too quickly! I still don't know how it turns out at the end, it could go many different ways.

I hope you enjoy reading it, I shall be looking for more by this author.

Lyn
